Chicago Social Jam is a series designed to find creative solutions for social challenges affecting our city. In each session, we focus on a specific challenge in partnership with an organization that is working to make a positive difference in our community.

In this session, we worked with One Million Degrees, whose mission is to “empower low-income, highly motivated community college students to succeed in school, in work, and in life”.

Better known as Ia, Carlos brings 15 years of experience and has worked in South America, Europe, and the US. Before joining LAPIZ, he was Creative Director and Head of Art at WMcCann Brazil, working on Coca-Cola LATAM, Nestle, Chevrolet, and many more. Prior to that, Carlos was at Leo Burnett Colombia in Bogota, which he helped turn into the #1 agency in the country.

We wanted to pay homage to the Latino experience, and remind people to appreciate the good things that sometimes get taken for granted. Most important, we looked to strengthen the role of the brand by showing how the road of life is less bumpy when you're well protected.

Fabio has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, working with such global brands as Coca-Cola, Dove, Kraft Foods, and General Motors, to name a few.

RE/MAX has appointed The Leo Burnett Group to develop and create its 2014 national advertising campaign. The account will be managed by a Chicago-based multidisciplinary team that will oversee and lead all creative, brand positioning and strategy for the global real estate franchisor. Both Leo Burnett and Lapiz split advertising duties, including general market advertising.
